- I've been in the restaurant life for 30 years, and I feel it's time I do something more with my experiences. I plan to begin a business selling my own products that I have developed over the years, and recipes that I am partial to. I am a die-hard under-achiever, though, so I hope to use the blog to keep me going. I steadfastly refuse to leave my smart-ass/chic persona at the door, so plan on seeing the occasional puerile comment.
